Inshakova H. The methodology of biostatistics training of future doctors in conditions of lifelong learning

The Object of the research is the process of learning of the biostatistics by students of the Higher Medical Education Institutions of Ukraine and of the healthcare professionals in the modern informational and educational environment; the Purpose is substantiation, development and experimental verification of the modern method of biostatistics teaching of future doctors in the conditions of lifelong medical education; the Methods are: system analysis, bibliosemantic, sociological, experimental, medical-statistical and analytical methods, modeling. Educational and methodical complex on discipline "Biostatistics", which contains methodical recommendations on the organization of practical classes of students, methodical recommendations for independent work of the students of Higher Medical Education Institutions of Ukraine, sets of tasks for various types of control, tests on issues that caused the greatest difficulties, a special training course in the conditions of lifelong medical education "Scientific research: from A to Z", were didactically substantiated, developed and implemented in the educational process. The first time in Ukraine, modern problems of learning and mastering knowledge of biostatistics by students are determined based on analysis of current programs and methodological approaches to the teaching of biostatistics and on the results of sociological research; the modern model of teaching of future doctors of the foundations of biostatistics and the methodology that it implements is substantiated and developed; the criteria, indicators and levels of medical students' biostatistics knowledge formation have been developed. The method of professionally oriented training of future doctors in biostatistics in the conditions of lifelong education, based on the use of modern information technologies was further developed, methods, forms, means and technologies of training were improved. The results of the dissertation work were introduced into the educational process in 6 of the Higher Medical Education Institutions of Ukraine; branch - pedagogy.
