Object of the research: the process of assessing the quality of objects of different qualimetrics. Subject of the research: parametric methods for assessing the quality of objects of qualimetry using the effective use of statistical information. The aim of the dissertation work is to improve the methods of assessing the quality of objects of qualimetry, which have different nature and their indicators have different measurement scales, due to the use of universal mathematical relationships between measured quality indicators and their assessment on a dimensionless scale, and the effective use of statistical information, using parametric methods statistician. Methods of the research: theoretical and methodological. Theoretical studies are based on the fundamental principles of qualimetry, methods of mathematical modeling, the theory of mathematical statistics, the theory of ordinal statistics. For the analysis, collection and processing of information, methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics were used. The methodological researches were realized by the development and testing of methods for assessing the quality of different qualities of objects of different nature using the Monte Carlo method and using existing estimates of quality indicators of various objects with different qualitative indicators. Scientific novelty of the obtained results. According to the results of the analysis and generalization of the obtained data, methods of assessing the quality of objects of qualimetry were improved, using methods of mathematical modeling and methods of processing statistical data. The following scientific results were obtained: 1. A new mathematical dependence between the measured quality indicators of qualimetric objects and their estimation on a dimensionless scale is proposed and its numerical characteristics are given, which makes it possible to use it for the assessment of the quality of objects of various nature. 2. In first, the functions of the density of estimates of quality indicators on a dimensionless scale were obtained, which allows to determine the probability of their hit in a given interval of evaluation. 3. It has been proved for the first time that the density function of the generalized quality index, as a random variable, corresponds to three parametric distribution laws, which allows solving practical problems in the assessment of risks in relation to the objects of qualimetry.
