Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of information and communication mobility development of the teacher in the educational environment of postgraduate education. The state of the problem is analyzed in the psychological, pedagogical, social, philosophical literature and activity of the institutions in postgraduate pedagogical education. The essence of postgraduate education and activity of institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education is revealed. The educational environment of course and intercourse teacher training is characterized. The author's model of information and communication mobility development is created. The structural components, criteria and indicators of information-communication mobility of the teacher, the conditions for their development are singled out and substantiated. Information and communication mobility development model in the educational environment of postgraduate education was introduced into the educational process of postgraduate pedagogical education. In the process of its development, various forms (lectures, practical exercises, conferences on the exchange of experience, a seminar-discussion, mini-training, training, master class), methods (dispute, observation, project method, case study, interactive methods), educational tools (multimedia, computer, audiovisual, cloud technologies) were implemented. The effectiveness of the author's development of information and communication mobility model is theoretically grounded and experimentally tested. Structural interdependent components of the model: conceptual, procedural, effective blocks.
