In the dissertation, has been first justified the structure of professional managerial competence of heads of networked educational organizations as a set of special and specialized competences reflecting its personality-activity essence and contain cognitive, functional and personal components; a diagnostic toolkit for assessing this competence has been developed and groups of criteria have been defined (cognitive-informational, functional-activity, personality-motivational), indicators and levels of its formation (reproductive, adaptive, local-modeling, diversification, synergistic).
It has been substantiated the content-technological provision of training of heads of comprehensive educational institutions in postgraduate education in the organization of network profile training for high school students, namely: have been intensified the content of preparation of discipline of an invariant and variable nature; have been defined the stages of preparation (preparatory-diagnostic-motivational, educational-developing during the refresher courses, activity-developing in the intercourse period, outcome-reflective); has been described the level of preparation (educational institution, educational district, district (city, united territorial community), region); innovative technologies for the continuous development of managers («Learning organization» activity, context-based learning, case technology, dual, cluster, information and communication, competently oriented). The effectiveness of substantive and technological support for the training of heads of general educational institutions in postgraduate education in the organization of network profile training for high school students has been proved.
The methodical recommendations on the introduction of substantial technological support for the process of training heads of general educational institutions for the organization of network profile training, which marked the gradual introduction of it into the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, were developed. The methodical recommendations serve as a definite guide for the scientific and pedagogical staff of postgraduate institutions in the direction of forming professional managerial competence of the heads of the networked educational organizations.
The content of the set of concepts characterizing the system of network profile training of senior pupils has been clarified; the content and technologies of postgraduate pedagogical education of the managers of the General Secondary Education Institution, scientific ideas about the content and structure of their professional managerial competence, diagnostic technologies for determining the level of the formation of the professional managerial competence of managers.
