Essay

The aim of the study: to substantiate and optimize the organizational and methodological foundations of training of sports volunteers in the system of running the competition. Subject matter of the study – volunteering. Scientific novelty of the research - for the first time: - the organizational and methodological foundations of training of sports volunteers in the system of running the competition are scientifically substantiated; - the components of sports volunteering are established; - the effective organizational and management mechanism of engaging sports volunteers to the system of running the competition is proved; - the modern organizational model of training sports volunteers and "The training programme of sports volunteers " are developed; - the influence of sports volunteering on personal qualities of students at higher educational establishments in physical culture is determined. The concept of "sport volunteer" is specified. Theoretical information about the concepts of "sports volunteering" and "sports volunteering movement" is expanded. The practical significance of the results of the study is the developing the author's scientific work "Program of training of sports volunteers» (Certificate № 71340, 07.04.2017). The research results are implemented in the activity of the Department of Family, Youth and Sports of the Kharkiv City Council, public sports organizations: "Ukrainian Federation of Sumo Wrestling", "Ukrainian Federation Armsport", "Ukrainian Belt Wrestling Federation", public organization "Sports Club "Adrenaline", regional public organization "Impulse" and in the educational process of Kharkiv Sate Academy of Physical Culture.
