Makarchuk K. Transnational business development in the countries of East Asia (on the example of Japan, China, Republic of Korea)

The thesis is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodological principles of the research of the transnational business development in the world economy system and substantiation of the concept model of the entrance of TNCs of the countries of East Asia into the global business environment. The object research is the process formation and development transnational business in the world economy. Improves: the concept model of the entrance of East Asian TNCs in the global business environment; the scientific and methodological approach to assessing the level of transnationalization of business activities in the countries of East Asia; constructing the CAGE-model of transnationalization. Further developments are concerned the principles of determining the factors of transnationalization of business in the countries of East Asia; methodical approach evaluation of the system of formation of transnational business; clarification of the term "transnational business"; the substantiation of the principles of complementarity of levels activities TNCs of East Asia.
