It has been established that the psychological compatibility of fire-rescuers determines the complex of subjective factors that determine the quality of interpersonal relations of specialists and their socio-psychological adaptability. On the basis of the analysis, the main drawbacks were noted during the formation of the primary tactical fire and rescue units of the SES of Ukraine. In order to correct them, a number of special measures have been developed and proposed, the implementation of which will help to formulate a forecast of psychological compatibility of fire-rescuers.
