Kurkova I. Interaction of composer and performing styles in the process of cultural communication S. Rachmaninoff and V. Horowitz: sound recording as the focus of creative dialogue

The dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities of the cultural-communicative process among creative personalities whose heritage is an unconditional asset of the world musical culture. While considering the peculiarities of the creative interaction of Sergei Rachmaninoff and Vladimir Horowitz in the context of the problem of communication, it becomes important to trace the influence of the composer style on the performing style directly in the process of this communication. At the same time it is extremely important to identify the individual features inherent in the given creative people, which were manifested in the process of their communication, identifying the dominant features of such interaction.
