Essay

Object: the organizational culture of modern companies. Purpose: to identify the features of the organizational culture of modern international companies and determine their impact on human resource management technologies. Research methods: retrospective analysis, system analysis, synthesis, rationale, comparative analysis, questionnaire and case study, correlation analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the author's definition of the organizational culture of the international company is proposed on the basis of introduction of the concept of "mix culture" and consideration of the organizational culture of international companies as a cultural network; The stages of the evolution of scientific understanding of the phenomenon of organizational culture are distinguished: theoretical, instrumental, empirical; revealed a number of contradictions, characteristic for the functioning of the organizational culture of international companies. Novelty: conceptualization of the phenomenon of organizational culture of international organizations and its impact on personnel management. Degree of implementation: the results of the researchwere tested and implemented in the activities of the company LLC "Ukr-Brazil".
