Rozhkov V. Improving of the technical preparedness of the shot putters aged 15-17 during the annual macrocycle

The object of research – educational-training process of the shot putters aged 15-17 during the annual macrocycle. Research objective: to substantiate and implement a program for improving the technical preparedness of shot-putters aged 15-17 years. The scientific novelty of the obtained results. In the course of this work for the first time defined: external-ballistic indicators of a flight of the shot and their impact on the result of the shot; the mass of the body segments of the shot putters 15-17 years old; correlation relationship between indicators of strength abilities, technical preparedness and external ballistic parameters flight of the shot in shot putters 15-17 years old; factor structure of technical preparedness, morphological parameters, level of development of strength abilities, external ballistic parameters of the flight of a shot; developed and scientifically substantiated program for the training of shot putters 15-17 years old, aimed at the indicators of strength abilities, external ballistics, biomechanical parameters of the technique shot put. The main results of the research are implemented in the educational-training process Kharkiv Republican Sports Boarding-Lyceum, Complex children and youth sports school «KHTZ» Kharkiv regional Council, Community institution «School of higher sports mastery of athletics» Kharkiv regional Council, in the educational process of the department of athletics Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture.
