Object of research: process of prognostication of competitive success in kickboxing Aim of research: to ground and work out complex methodology of forecasting competitive success in kickboxing on the basis of analysis of morfofunctional, physiology and biomechanics indices. In the paper professional approaches to assess kickboxing that is rated as 3rd category for severity of work and 4th category for intensity of work have been used for the first time, it has been substantiated a complex of techniques required for the study and assessment of the major organs and systems; and characteristics that are the most important for the assessment of the athlete have been selected. Information on the physical characteristics of kickboxing athletes compared to athletes of other martial arts has been supplemented and expanded. For the first time a goniometric research of joints of limbs of kickboxers and fighters has been conducted. The specific impact of the sport on these indicators is also highlighted. The idea of basic biomechanical parameters of martial arts athlete's body has been supplemented, it has been found the proximity of results of shock martial arts (kickboxing, karate, taekwondo, etc.) and the difference with indicators of the fighters that reflect the specific features of these kinds of sport. Understanding of the features of psychophysiological status has been enhanced, the difference of functional state of kickboxers compared to other representatives of martial arts has been found . During analysis of the respiratory system it has been stated the significance of its main indicators to assess adaptive potential and success. It has been approved a significance of indicators of cardiovascular system for the analysis of adaptation in ergometry and in a recovery period. Distinct differences of adaptive abilities that reflect the specificity of martial arts have been found out. Developments on the use of indicators of heart rate variability for forecasting of athletes state have been expanded. Biochemical research on reactions of athletes in kickboxing to the training load, that has been conducted for the first time, has confirmed the increase of the intensity of the POL due to an increase of the concentration of products of this process, the tension of antioxidant systems. For the first time it has been developed a prognostic table that is based on the procedure of sequential analysis after Wald; it combines indicators that reflect the peculiarities of the functional state of kickboxing athletes. Taking into account the likelihood of differences and informativeness of evaluated features, it includes 31 criteria that describe physical goniometric, biomechanical and functional indicators.
