The research is devoted to the problem of the development of professional mobility of the teachers of computer science in the system of scientific and methodical work of colleges. The state of studied problem has been analyzed in pedagogical theory and practice. The essence of «mobility», «professional mobility», «professional mobility of a teacher», «development of professional mobility of a teacher of computer science»is revealed. We have defined the pedagogical conditions of professional mobility of the teachers of computer science in the system of scientific and methodical work of colleges: the combination of traditional and innovative forms of organization of scientific and methodical work; creation of productive group interaction of teachers; usage of training technologies which are focused on the development of professional mobility of the teachers of computer science; the involvement of the teachers of computer science in research work. The model of professional mobility of the teachers of computer science in the system of scientific and methodical work of colleges, which includes methodological – purposeful, content– procedural and diagnostic– productive blocks has been explained.
