The thesis concerns the problem of forming future preschool teachers readiness to creative self-realizing in the professional activity. The state of future preschool teachers professional training based on the principles of personality-oriented, synergistic and active approaches in the Ukrainian and foreign scientific literature and educational practice are analyzed in the thesis. The theoretical and practical components of "Preschool education" students training for pedagogical work are characterized. On the basis of the scientific achievements generalization the essence of «future preschool teachers readiness to creative self-realizing in the professional activity» was defined. In the thesis the components of the readiness (motivation, cognitive, activity), the criteria (motivational and valuable, creative activity, assessment and reflective) and their corresponding indicators and levels of forming future preschool teacher readiness to creative self-realizing in the professional activities (primary, reproductive, creative) are defined. The model of forming future preschool teachers readiness to creative self-realizing in the professional activities was developed. The pedagogical conditions of forming future preschool teachers readiness to creative self-realizing in the professional activities are presented in the thesis. The experimental work on forming future preschool teachers readiness to creative self-realizing in the professional activities was implemented.
