Armeiskyi O. Legal Competence Formation of Technology Teachers in Postgraduate Pedagogical Education

The thesis is devoted to solving the problem of improving the legal competence level formation of technology teachers in postgraduate pedagogical education. The paper deals with the content and structure of the concept "Legal Competence of Technology Teacher". The methods of development of the indicated competence in these specialists during postgraduate pedagogical education, the basis of which are models of goals, multifunctional content, step-by-step method and means of its development, which reflect the general social, general professional and special professional activity of a specialist using the system of professional legal issues, is theoretically substantiated and developed. Criteria and indicators are determined, levels of legal competence formation of technology teachers are set. The increase of the legal competence level formation among the technology teachers has been experimentally confirmed due to implementation of theoretically grounded and developed methodology for its development.
