The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological provisions for ensuring the resistant operation of cargo-and-passenger ferries with the aim of achieving and sustaining the sustainable functioning of the shipping companies. In the work it was conducted the analysis of features and operating conditions of technical means of sea transportation of cargoes and passengers in the ferry TTS. There were developed the theoretical provisions regarding the justification of sustainable work of the shipping companies operating on the ferry transportation market. There were developed theoretical and methodological provisions regarding the justification of decisions to ensure the sustainable operation of cargo-and-passenger ferries.
