The object is an experimental craniocerebral trauma; the goal is to establish neurohormonal mechanisms for the formation of violations of the higher nervous activity in the case of craniocerebral trauma and to substantiate the paths of their pathogenetic correction; methods - pathophysiological experiment, pathomorphological, immunoenzymatic, immunohistochemical, statistical; results - it is shown that neurological disorders occur predominantly in the reflex region; Significantly depressed tentative-motor activity in the open field, mink reflex and ability to perform tasks in the labyrinth; it was determined that carbacet has an adaptive and anti-stress effect in the PMT; it is shown that carbacetum contributes to the development of sanogenetic mechanisms of regulation of neurohormonal regulatory systems and directs their response to an adaptive nature - normalizes the activity of central organs and adrenal glands, prevents inhibition of secretion of the somatotropic hormone; the use of carbacetam resulted in a decrease in the content of the hypothalamic tissues of the neuro-specific proteins GFAP and S100, indicating a decrease in degenerative changes in the nerve tissue and causing a positive effect on the hippocampal neurons; The basis of the positive effect of deproteinized hemoderayevat from blood of calves on the state of neurohormonal systems is the prevention of depletion of secretion of ACTH, corticosterone and vasopressin and inhibition of STG secretion in two weeks, which causes the restoration of violations of GHG and reduction of lethality under the action of the drug.
