Voshkolup H. The formation of conflictology competence of future economists while in the study of humanitarian subjects

The dissertation gives theoretical substantiation and provides the solution of relevant scientific and applied task on the formation of conflictology competence of future economists while in the study of humanitarian subjects. Theoretical grounds of the formation of conflictology competence of future economists while in the study of humanitarian subjects have been investigated; the essence, structure and criteria of conflictology competence of future economists have been substantiated. The thesis substantiated, developed and experimentally verified the technology of the formation of conflictology competence of future economists while in the study of humanitarian subjects, which is based on such approaches as system, learner-centered, humanistic, learner-activity, synergetic, and competence ones and contains the following stages: propaedeutic and goal setting, content-and-processual, control-and-correcting. Original special course of study „Conflictology of economist professional activity” as well as the set of courseware for the teachers of higher school, directed to the formation of conflictology competence of future economists, have been developed.
