Tsevelyov O. State Response to Threats to National Security in the Sphere of the State Border of Ukraine Security

In the dissertation thesis for the first time there was made a theoretical analysis of the content of the state response to the threats to the national security in the sphere of security of the state border of Ukraine. Such analysis has defined the problems of the state response to the threats to the national security of Ukraine for their further solving by the means of improvement of the state response in the relevant sphere, working-out of the new scientific-practical recommendations on increasing of effectiveness of realization of the policy in the sphere of security of the state border. There were defined and characterized the mechanisms of the state response to the threats to the national security in the sphere of security of the state border of Ukraine, in particular: organizational, political, legislative (law), financial-economic, military (law-enforcement), informational-psychological (ideological), and motivation mechanisms. The priority directions were suggested and the ways of improvement of the state response on the threats to the national security in the sphere of security of the state border of Ukraine were defined.
