Essay

The object of the research is the institutionalization of the process of interaction between economy and politics in public administration. The purpose of the dissertation research is theoretical and methodological analysis of the relevant foreign and domestic experience in building the relationship between economy and politics in the context of state-management influence, as well as the elaboration, on this basis, of practical recommendations for improving directions of reforming public administration in a transition society. Methods of research: dialectical method of cognition; system method; logical-semantic method; historical-comparative method; structural-functional method; method of scientific identification and comparative analysis. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in that in this dissertation research, the complex analysis of problems of interaction of economy and politics in public administration was carried out, the main directions and ways of improving the reform of public administration are outlined. The available approaches and results of scientific researches concerning this problem are generalized, which allowed to obtain results that consist in the fact that in the dissertation: for the first time: - the interaction of economics and politics in public administration in the context of modern research approaches (economic liberalism and institutionalism) in conditions of the transformation period of Ukraine was revealed, as a result it is proved that the concept of institutionalism most fully takes into account aspects of interaction of economy and politics in society as an integrated continuous interaction of different institutes; - main regularities of building the relationship between economy and politics as social categories in the context of social and national development of the state were identified, that the system of social institutes of society as intermediaries between the state and the market is a necessary part of the process of democratization of society. Based on that it is proved that sustainable development as a new paradigm for building priorities of state policy today acts as a complex of institutional transformations of society; improved: - methodology of interaction of economy and politics in public administration, which is manifested that the political regime and type of economic system are interdependent, characterized by the fact that the economic basis forms the state-management superstructure; - content characteristics of the transition as a property of economic, political and social structure of modern Ukraine by identifying perspective opportunities for improving the interaction of its institutions, which are to increase the level of social capital of society and ensure the achievement of sustainable development of society; - an idea of the content of the construct "public confidence in the government as a condition for strengthening social capital through the perception of the population of economic reforms" as the basis for the formation of a political course; be taken to the next stage: - historical periodization of the transitional state of Ukrainian society in accordance with the basic principles of state-management influence on economic and social processes, which determines the state and prospect of democratization of social processes, which consists in the formation and strengthening of civil society as the basis of sustainable development; - the essence of the correlation of the content of the transformational reforms of Ukrainian society with tendencies of modern geopolitical processes in the context of acquiring new forms of power relations under the influence of global world institutional transformations, that only transformational potential of society can withstand modern globalization challenges; - the organizational aspect of interaction of authorities with the public in the system of formation, adoption and implementation of economic and political decisions as an integral part of the formation of civil society and the rule of law, which testified the priority of raising the level of trust between social institutions as a defining aspect of the democratization of socio-economic processes.
