Essay

The aim of the study was to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of patients with hypertonic disease of II grade, 2 stage depending on the neurohumoral status based on the basis of daily monitoring of arterial blood pressure, cardiovascular remodeling, heart rate variability, levels of cell adhesion molecules, L-selectin, nitrogen, and matrix metalloproteinase-9. The definite role of L-selectin, as the most sensitive and specific marker of additional factors of cardiovascular risk stratification, i.e. which has the greatest prognostic significance in patients with hypertension with hyperimipatotonia, who have not reached the target levels of arterial pressure at the outpatient stage. A comparative evaluation of the effect of two regimens of hypotensive therapy on the deformation properties of the myocardium, LV diastolic dysfunction, quality of life, the content of cell adhesion molecules, L-selective, matrix metalloproteinase-9 and indices of renin-angiotensin and sympatho-adrenal systems.
