In the thesis, pedagogical conditions for developing creative individuality of future locksmiths-electricians in lyceums have been determined and justified. They include enhancing positive motivation of future locksmiths-electricians toward technical creativity, organizing creative activities of future locksmiths-electricians during industrial training and practice, using educational creative tasks for developing creative technical thinking of future locksmiths-electricians, improving circle activities for developing creative personality of future locksmiths-electricians; enhancing the level of professional skills of teachers and masters of industrial training in lyceums in order to stimulate creative activities of future locksmiths-electricians. The model for developing creative individuality of future locksmiths-electricians in lyceums has been designed. The components, criteria and levels of creative personality development of future locksmiths-electricians have been defined. The methodology for training future locksmiths-electricians in lyceums has been improved. It has been experimentally proved that the implementation of justified pedagogical conditions increases efficiency of future locksmiths-electricians’ professional training and facilitates development of their creative individuality.
