Thesis for Pedagogical Sciences Candidate Degree in Speciality 13.00.04 – Theory and Methods of Professional Education. – Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv national pedagogical university, Hlukhiv, 2018. The actual scientific task concerning forming readiness of future teachers of higher educational establishments for implementing educational innovations in the practice of higher education is theoretically substantiated and practically solved in the dissertation. The state of researching the problem in educational theory and practice was analyzed. The concept «providing of innovations in education» was defined. The essence of the readiness of future teachers of higher educational establishments for implementing educational innovations was specified, its structure was outlined. The criteria, indicators, levels and diagnostic means of defined readiness were determined. The theoretical and methodological principles of training future teachers of higher educational establishments for implementing educational innovations in the practice of higher education were substantiated. The organizational and pedagogical conditions that are most likely to influence the training future specialists for implementing educational innovations in the practice of higher education were revealed, substantiated and their effectiveness was experimentally tested. Structural and functional model and methodology of forming readiness of future teachers of higher educational establishments for implementing educational innovations in the practice of higher education were developed.
