Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of development of student youth’ subjective position. Subjective position of future specialists is considered as an integrative formation of the person, the structure of which is represented by motivational and value component, personal and activity component, reflexive and appraisal component. The criteria, indicators and levels of student's subjective position development are determined.The structural and functional model of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of the student youth’ subjective position is developed and tested; explained the psychological and pedagogical factors of its development: 1) the humanistic orientation of the future specialist’s personality; 2) development of subject-subjective relations in educational dialogue; 3) harmonization of self-attitude and self-assessment; 4) the development of reflexive qualities; 5) increase in self-control and self-organization.
