Essay

Object: the process of preparation of future computer science teachers in higher education institutions. The aim is the scientific substantiation, development and experimental verification of the model for the preparation of future teachers of computer science for professional work by means of electronic educational resources. Scientific novelty lies in the fact that: the author proposed for the first time, the model of training future teachers of computer science for professional activity by means of electronic educational resources, which includes interrelated structural components (conceptual, meaningful, procedural, appraisal), the stages of attracting electronic educational resources (selection/improvement/development of electronic educational resources, introduction of electronic educational resources, analysis of results), forms (lectures-consultations, laboratory practice, seminars, independent work, blended learning, videoconferences), methods (problem-searching, heuristic, project method, trainings, etc.) and means (electronic educational publications, electronic means of educational purpose, computer training systems, pedagogical software, electronic teaching materials), which ensure the qualitative preparation of the future teacher of computer science to professional work by means of electronic educational resources; providing qualitative preparation of the future teacher of computer science to professional activity by means of electronic educational resources; the structural components of the professional readiness of the computer science teacher (subject, methodical, psychological) are justified, developed criteria (theoretical, technological, personal), indicators (extent of knowledge, depth of knowledge, procedures, motivation, introspection) and levels (factual, operational, analytic-synthetic, creative) readiness for professional activity of the teacher of computer science and methods of their definition; clarified concepts of "electronic textbook" and "readiness of future teachers of computer science for professional work" is clarified.
