The thesis is devoted to the problem of training future kindergartners of pre-school educational institutions for professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. The elaboration and the state of the professional training problems of the future kindergartners of pre-school educational institutions for work in inclusive education in theory and practice have been investigated and analyzed. Pedagogical conditions (vocational and practical direction of future kindergartners’ training with the purpose of motivating the educational activity of the future kindergartners, providing a coherent system of vocational training on the basis of the compelled communication, purpose, content, forms and methods of teaching in the conditions of inclusive education; forming students’ theoretical and methodological knowledge and skills to work in the conditions of inclusive education on the basis of the special course «Professional Training of Pre-School Educational Institutions’ Kindergartners for Inclusive Education»; developing and implementing special exercises and tasks into the educational process considering the students’ future professional activity and providing independent training) for training future kindergartners of pre-school educational institutions in the conditions of inclusive education have been established and justified.
To improve the effectiveness of training of inclusive education of the kindergartners the author's structural-functional model of training future teachers of preschool educational institutions for professional work in the conditions of inclusive education has been developed, in which the following components are presented and analyzed: target block (social order, purpose, scientific approaches, principles); content block (disciplines of natural sciences (fundamental) training, disciplines of professional and practical training, the special course «Professional Training of Pre-School Educational Institutions’ Kindergartners for Inclusive Education», pedagogical practice); procedural block (stages of training, forms, methods, means); diagnostic-productive (components, criteria, levels, result). While including these components and implementing the necessary conditions for obtaining the result: the current readiness of the future kindergartners of pre-school educational institutions for professional work in the conditions of inclusion. On the basis of the analysis of the legal documents and scientific literature the conceptual and categorical apparatus of research has been clarified, the term «inclusive pre-school education» and the concept of «readiness of the future kindergartners for professional work in pre-school educational institutions for inclusive education» have been proposed. The components, criteria, indicators and levels of future kindergartners’ readiness for the professional work in pre-school educational institutions in the conditions of the inclusive world have been determined.
The effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions through the structural and functional model of training future kindergartners of pre-school educational institutions for professional activity in conditions of inclusion has been determined by the level of the forming the motivational-value, content-gnostic and procedural-executive components, each of which has been examined at the creative, high, sufficient and adaptive levels. The effectiveness of training future kindergartners of pre-school educational institutions for professional work in the conditions of inclusion depends on the targeted application of the pedagogical conditions proposed in the dissertation. The practical significance of the results obtained is the development and implementation of training and methodological support, consisting of a special course «Professional training of educators of the PEI for inclusive education» and a training manual «Training of the Future Kindergartners of the PEI for Professional Work in the Conditions of Inclusive Education» for students of specialty 012 «Pre-school education». The materials of the research have been used in the course «Training of the PEI Kindergartners for Inclusive Education», the content and the results of scientific research have been used in the process of professional training of the future kindergartners of pre-school educational institutions of inclusive education, as well as in the system of postgraduate education. Research materials can be used in the study of disciplines «Inclusive education», «Fundamentals of inclusive education», «Social pedagogy», «Social psychology», «Fundamentals of defectology and speech therapy».
