It has been researched the issue of creative potential development of Preschool Education Masters and the notions of personal creative potential and pedagogue creative potential have been defined basing on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical research. This research outlines creative potential development of Preschool Education Masters as an integrative characteristic of Preschool Education specialist personality. This characteristic reveals as a system of professional knowledge and skills, pedagogic psychological features that provide implementation of pedagogue creative work and self-improvement. The author develops structural and functional model of creative potential development of Preschool Education Masters in the process of professional training as a system of influences on the students in Preschool Education specialty on the second (Master’s) higher educational level. The author defines the basic constituent of methodical block that is presented by educational space of higher educational institution and includes the content, forms and educational activity entities in higher school.
