Druzhinin M. Organization of construction development in projects of recreational and productive restoration of territories

The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific-methodical tools for the organization of construction development for projects of recreational and productive restoration of territories (P-RPRT). The value of results of dissertation for science consists in the following. The projects of recreational-food renewal of territories as specific type of building investment project are first distinguished and reasonable; for these projects methodical principles of organization of building development and analytical instruments are worked out, that in totality create a due scientific basis for the ground (but adjustment) of descriptions of these projects during the integral cycle of their administration. The results of the work are a timely response to the updated need for the introduction of construction development tools for recreation and product restoration projects. Such projects are aimed at transforming the former "depressed" (industrially and ecologically neglected) parts of urban development into cozy, environmentally, commercially and socially attractive areas for housing The value of results of dissertation for practice is determined by the project-oriented aspiration of the created and practical administrations tool of ground and development of the system of building development and next practical introduction of the marked tool. The organizational and technological toolkit for the projects of RPRT is substantiated. The toolkit provides successful organizational-technological, operational-functional and managerial regulation of processes within the interim organizational structure; the resources and management potential integrated into this structure are concentrated on the achievement of strategic reference points by the identified institutional actors in the investment, preparation, organization of construction and maintenance of operational requirements for the product of the project. – in accordance with the purpose and content of the P-RPWT. In the methodical and analytical format of the developed toolkit, development projects of the type P-RTPP are considered as a kind of special infrastructure construction project: according to the target direction, this type of project is modeled and substantiated – as a socially significant and, at the same time, a commercial project; Regarding the nature of administration – administration is carried out in phases and stages of the life cycle, in the format of a single temporary organizational structure (directorate) of the developer project; by the nature of the design of the project and its reflection in the project documentation – integrates construction-technological, engineering and product-targeted approaches. Understanding the technological and technical nature of the project, the project is formed simultaneously with ideas about the product of the project, the institutional composition of the subjects, the life cycle of the project and the rational organizational structure of its administration. The model of "РПВТ-bud-development" is worked. This model gives the formalized ground to the building processes that is certain maintenance of works of building phase of project, in accordance with ratified org-straction of administration of regulation of administration of life cycle of project of РПІВТ a project organization and technology. Such ground is provided by new graph-analytic elements and self-reactance basis of model. The significance of the results of the dissertation for science is that for the first time projects of recreational and product restoration of territories as a specific type of construction investment project have been identified and substantiated – for these projects, the methodical principles of the organization of construction development and analytical tools, which together create the proper scientific basis for substantiation ( and adjusting) the characteristics of these projects during the whole cycle of their administration. The significance of the results of the dissertation for practice is determined by the project-oriented direction of the established methodical-analytical organizational and technological tools for justification and development of the system of construction development and subsequent practical implementation of the indicated toolkit.
