Object - human rights as a philosophical problem. The purpose is to analyze the evolution of historical and philosophical concepts of the substantiation of natural human rights as important ways of its concrete historical existence on the basis of analysis of the evolution of historical and philosophical concepts, to identify the main tendencies of the development of philosophical comprehension of the problem of human rights and their concrete historical socio-cultural background, to identify the features of modern postmodern interpretations natural human rights. Methods are anthropological, comparative, paradigmatic, structural, systematic, the combination of theory and practice. Were comparated modern and postmodern periods of the development of natural law, and formulated specifications of the modern period. As a result of the study of the evolution of law, the fundamental features of contemporary legal issues that do not correspond to the characteristics of the modern period are highlighted. The following intrinsic features were collected and a conclusion about a separate postmodern period was made. The regularity of the formation and existence of supranational non-state and semi-governmental institutions aimed at ensuring the functioning of human rights in the widest context is determined. It is proved that the expansion of the rights of the individual as a result of the transformation of society, and the interaction of the totality of such individuals within the social sphere, is an impetus for the formation of new forms and types of law. A list of localized norms that arise at the junction of group manifestations of situational morality, dictated by cultural, religious or social peculiarities, and the norms of state and transnational law, is supplemented. Has further developed the theme of transhumanism through the consideration of modern practical moral and legal conflicts. The concept of the ethical minimum has been supplemented as a kind of individual response to the diversity of the unregulated situations of the modern "mosaic culture" in which human rights must be secured.
