Essay

Object: the process of preparation of future masters of humanitarian profile in higher education institutions. The aim of the research is to provide theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the pedagogical conditions of the development of constructive leadership of future masters of the humanitarian profile. The scientific novelty of the research is that: for the first time the pedagogical conditions of development of constructive leadership of the future masters of the humanitarian profile in the process of professional training (purposeful professional and personal development of the personality of future masters by the means of educational activities, counseling and training; the acquisition by subjects of the educational process of a system of knowledge about the phenomena of constructive leadership and leadership dominance; expanding the practical experience of constructive leadership of future masters in the process of training; use of group training forms of work with subjects of the educational process) were developed; the model of realization of pedagogical conditions is theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified; clarified and deepened the content of the concepts of "constructive leadership" (a special phenomenon in the academic group, which consists in justifying social influence on other members of the group by their motivation, conscious and constructive orientation of their educational, scientific and other activities to achieve common goals for group members) and "leadership domination" (a special phenomenon in an academic group, consisting of unjustified use of power to meet their own needs and the negative, often destructive, impact on the development of academic groop and effectiveness of the educational process, and is seen as a means to achieve their own selfish ends); further development of modern approaches to the psychological and pedagogical support of future masters of the humanitarian profile in the process of their training in order to develop their constructive leadership.
