Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of life-threatening risk stratification of ventricular arrhythmias in patients with myocardial infarction by diagnosing turbulence and heart rate variability in constellation with cardiac remodeling, markers of myocardial damage, systemic inflammation and optimization of its drug correction. The role of inflammation markers, namely hs-CRP and TNF-α, as components of individualization in stratification of ventricular arrhythmia risk and evaluation of the effectiveness of patient treatment after acute myocardial infarction was determined. In the pharmacological part of the study it was proved clinically significant positive effect of rosuvastatin on the indicators of systemic inflammatory response in combination therapy among patients with acute myocardial infarction. It was found that in relation to the prediction of HRT among patients after AMI, the most qualitative model according to the ROC analysis results was in the dynamics of changes in hs-CRP. The high risk of developing life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias was among patients with pathological HRT, and the level of TNF-α was more 2.14 PG / ml.
