Essay

The thesis deals with a relevant problem of higher education pedagogy, namely professional training of future Bachelors in Finance, Banking and Insurance based on interdisciplinary approach. The concepts of “professional training of future Bachelors in Finance, Banking and Insurance based on interdisciplinary approach” and “developing readiness of future Bachelors in Finance, Banking and Insurance for professional activity based on interdisciplinary approach” have been formulated. The main components of future financiers’ readiness for professional activity (psychological readiness, theoretical readiness, practical readiness, readiness for further professional self-development), criteria (value, motivation, cognition and outcomes) and levels (low (reproductive), average (productive), high (creative)) have been defined. Pedagogical conditions (facilitating professional motives of future Bachelors in Finance, Banking and Insurance; updating the content of educational and methodical support of the education process with interdisciplinary specialized courses of study; implementing innovative teaching technologies, which ensure the implementation of interdisciplinary approach into professional training of future Bachelors in Finance, Banking and Insurance) have been justified. In the thesis, the model for professional training of future Bachelors in Finance, Banking and Insurance based on interdisciplinary approach has been first designed and presented. Pedagogical conditions have been experimentally verified. The reliability of the obtained results has been confirmed.
