Essay

The thesis deals with the problem of preparing future kindergartners for the formation of skills of senior pre-school children, directed to continuous development. The conceptual-categorical apparatus of the research has been specified, the technology of preparation of the future kindergartners for the formation of skills of senior pre-school children, focused on continuous development, has been developed; the stages have been determined and the pedagogical conditions of its implementation have been outlined: the optimization of pedagogical interaction of subjects of the educational process of institutions of higher education on the principles of pedagogy of the empowerment; ensuring the interconnection of the purpose, content, forms, methods of teaching in the system of training of the future kindergartners for the formation of skills directed to continuous development; providing priority in the content of disciplines of general professional preparation to the formation of value orientations in the context of education for continuous development; saturation of the process of teaching special course by interactive methods to ensure the readiness of the future kindergartners to form the skills directed for development of the children of senior pre-school age. The components have been determined: value (formation of the value attitude and personal acceptance of ideas of continuous development of the future educators), cognitive (formation of the system of knowledge about the main principles of the concept and determining factors of continuous development, as well as the leading principles of education for continuous development and theoretical-methodological bases of the integrated course «For Pre-Schoolers – Education for Continuous Development», reflexive-behavioural (formation of adequate self-assessment of own actions, skills and knowledge about the ideas of continuous development, theoretical positions of education for continuous education and development activity of the future kindergartners in spreading the ideas of continuous development), methodical (formation of professional skills and abilities to plan and organize educational activity in accordance with the leading foundations of education for continuous development based on the principles of pedagogy of empowerment) criteria (motivational – for the value component; knowledgeable – for the cognitive component; activity – for the reflexive-behavioral component; creative-reflexive – for the methodical component). The indicators of each criterion have been outlined: for the motivational criterion – it is the motivation to master the method of forming of pre-schoolers the skills directed for continuous development; the desire to join the All-Ukrainian Movement for introducing continuous development ideas into pre-school education; the presence of values of continuous development; for knowledgeable – the availability of knowledge about the essence of the concept «continuous development», «skills directed to continuous development»; availability of knowledge of the method of forming skills directed for continuous development of senior pre-school children; the formation of ideas about the peculiarities of building the educational process based on the pedagogy of the empowerment; for activity – assessment of own actions in the context of ideas of continuous development; for creative-effective – the ability to organize the educational process by the principles of pedagogy of empowerment; the ability to plan educational activity with senior pre-school children in order to develop their skills directed to continuous development. The levels of readiness of the future kindergartners to form the skills of senior pre-school children oriented to continuous development (high, sufficient, average, low) have been characterized. The technology of training future kindergartners to form the skills of senior pre-school children, directed to continuous development, is presented in the form of the model containing the target, theoretical-methodological, content, procedural and diagnostic-productive blocks. The effectiveness of implementation of the developed technology for the organizational-educational, propaedeutic-professional, socially active direction has been verified. Educational-methodical provision of training of the future kindergartners to the formation of skills of seniors pre-school children, aimed at continuous development has been worked out (special course «Preparation of the Future Kindergartners to Forming Skills Directed to Continuous Development», educational-methodological textbooks: «Preparation of the Future Kindergartners for Practice in Groups of Children of Pre-School Age», «Preparation of the Future Kindergartners for the Formation of Skills Directed to Continuous Development», program and methodical recommendations for pedagogical practice in groups of pre-school children).
