Haloyan L. Artificial reproduction of creamy trout (Salmo trutta m. fario L.) in Industrial aquaculture

The dissertation work is a finished scientific study, which solves the topical problem on the creation of a domesticated replacement-brood stock of the brown trout and improvement of the technology of its artificial reproduction. A technology of the production of juveniles and formation of highly productive domesticated replacement-brood stock of the brown trout was developed. Major stages of embryogenesis during egg incubation under non-typical environment of temperature regimes were studied. Linear and weight growth rates, survival of larvae and fry of the brown trout on early stages of ontogenesis when using intensive rearing technologies were studied. Length-weight and productive features of age-3 brown trout and reproductive peculiarities of multiple age brood fish reared in industrial aquaculture were determined and analyzed, the amino acid composition of brown trout tissues.
