In the dissertation there were theoretically observed, practically developed and experimentally proved the complex program of 13–14 year-old male adolescents coordination abilities development by extreme motor activity means in the conditions of extracurricular physical education work. The forming experiment data allowed to evaluate psychoemotional state and psychomotor peculiarities indicators, overall physical and coordination condition level of 13–14 years old male adolescents not engaged in additional organized motor activity, engaged in school volleyball and basketball sport clubs, and those engaged in extreme motor activity types.
