Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and experimental research of professional reflection as a factor of professional formation of future preschool institutions teachers. Based on the conducted theoretical analysis, three components of the psychological structure of professional reflection have been distinguished as cognitively operational, motivationally emotional, behaviorally appraisal. The study has revealed the specifics of the professional reflection development of the future preschool educators at different stages of higher education. Comparative analysis of professional reflection development of the graduate students and experienced educators has been performed. In particular, «wave-like» dynamics of development the personal and interpersonal reflection from freshmen to five-year students has been discovered; relative static of the indicators of low self-esteem has been fixed in almost one third of the students of all courses. Correlation analysis has allowed to isolate the most sensitive psychological properties of the individual such as positive self-perception and self-respect, self-esteem, confidence in one’s abilities and possibilities, interest in one’s own personality, self-understanding, etc., through which the mediated influence on professional reflection can be done. Based on the findings of the qualifying phase of the study, the program of integrated training of professional reflection has been developed. Conditions, in particular, for the development of certain characteristics of the personality through which indirect influence on professional reflection have been revealed
