Essay

The purpose of the research: theoretical and methodological substantiation and the creation of a methodology for the formation of the polytechnic component of the subject competence of the students of secondary school of physics and its teaching and methodological support, improvement pupils professional self-determination. Object of the research: the process of teaching physics in secondary school. Subject of the research: the methodology of the formation of the polytechnic component of the subject competence in physics of secondary school pupils. A competency-based methodology is elaborated for the formation of the polytechnical component of the subject competence in physics of secondary school pupils and its teaching and methodological support. The proposed system of the forms of organization of polytechnic education is aimed at professional self-determination of schoolchildren, contributes to the formation of the subject and key competencies of pupils, the implementation of the content determined by the New Ukrainian school. The effectiveness of the formation of the polytechnic component of the subject competence was studied by five elements: polytechnic knowledge, polytechnic skills, polytechnic abilities, experience of practical activities, value attitude to the "man-technician" system. The results of the research can be used by teachers of physics, teachers of institutions of postgraduate education, students.
