The theses is devoted to solving the actual scientific task concerning the process of forming the future social pedagogues’ readiness for interaction between family and school while working with gifted children of junior school age. The basic concepts of the research are specified; the current state and peculiarities of training social pedagogues for interaction between family and school while working with gifted children of junior school age in educational theory and practice is outlined. The content and structure of future social pedagogues’ readiness for interaction between family and school while working with gifted children of junior school age, its criteria, indicators and levels are determined. The pedagogical conditions of forming the future social pedagogues’ readiness for organizing the defined interaction were revealed and theoretically substantiated. Their effectiveness was experimentally verified. The model and methodics of forming the future social pedagogues’ readiness for interaction between family and school while working with gifted children of junior school age were worked out.
