The research work covers the following aspects: theoretical grounds of preparing future lawyers to the prevention of conflicts in their professional activity, philosophic, sociologic, psychological, legal sources of the theory of conflicts, conflict character of lawyer’s professional activity. The essence, structure, criteria and levels of formedness of future lawyer’s readiness to conflict prevention in their professional activity have been defined. The model of preparation of future lawyers to the prevention of conflicts in their professional activity as well as the package of methodological materials designed to higher school teachers and aimed at the facilitation of future lawyers’ preparation to the prevention of conflicts in their professional activity have been developed and experimentally tested.
