Bohush L. Training of Masters in International Relations for professional career strategic management

The thesis is a theoretical and experimental research of the efficiency of future Masters in International Relations training for professional career strategic management. The essence of key notion - "professional career strategic management", has been disclosed, and pedagogical conditions of the formation of psychological-and-pedagogical phenomenon, which is under investigation, have been characterized. The following pedagogical conditions of the formation of readiness of future Masters in International Relations for professional career strategic management have been theoretically grounded and experimentally tested: aсmeologization of educational and career routes of future Masters in International Relations; enriching of Masters’ reflexive experience by designing educational digital narratives; self-management resources mobilization of future Masters in International Relations, formation of their professional career strategic planning skills. The structural-functional model of training of future Masters in International Relations for professional career strategic management has been developed as the unity of such blocks: theoretical-and-target, organizational-and-methodical, control-and-productive. Special course of study "Acmeology of Professional Career", technology of organization of “School of Business Rhetoric”, techniques of design of educational digital narratives, training program of personal branding and professional image have been created, tested and introduced into practice.
