Abramovych T. Development of professional competence of social pedagogue in the system of postgraduate education

The thesis is a theoretical and experimental research of the problem of development of professional competence of a social pedagogue in the system of postgraduate education. In the thesis the theoretical bases of development of professional competence of social pedagogue in the system of postgraduate education are revealed. The author theoretically substantiates and develops model of development of professional competence of social pedagogue in the system of postgraduate education, which includes conceptual-target, diagnostic-productive blocks and a block of professional growth on the basis of competency, system, synergetic, acmeological and andrographic approaches; the development of the problem of progress of professional competence of social pedagogue in the system of postgraduate education is determined. It has been experimentally verified and confirmed the effectiveness of the model of development of professional competence of social pedagogue in the system of postgraduate education.
