Kovalchuk V. Indices of cardiointervalography in practically healthy young men and girls with different types of hemodynamics

The peculiarities of indicators of variability of heart rate (HRV) as well as sex difference of these indicators among young men and girls having the hypo- and eukinetic types of the hemodynamics pointing at the more activity of para sympathetic section of the autonomous nervous system in the girls having the hypo- and eukinetic types than the girls having the hyperkinetic of hemodynamics, and in the young men having hypokinetic type of hemodynamics in comparison with the eukinetic type of hemodynamics as well as in girls of hypo- and of eukinetic types in comparison with the young men of the corresponding types of the hemodynamics have been determined in the practically healthy male and female young individuals of Podillia region having the various types of hemodynamics. The peculiarities of correlations among HRV indicators and anthropological and somatotypical parameters of body and the force of the flexor muscles of palms and fingers in the practically healthy young men and girls having the different types of hemodynamics, and the marked sex distinctions of connections have been determined. The regressive models of the majority of HRV indicators in the girls having the hypo- and hyperkinetic types of hemodynamics have been created, and it has depended on the peculiarities of the anthropological and somatotypical parameters of body, on the age and on the force of the flexor muscles of palms and fingers having the coefficients of determination equal more than 0.5. Analysis of all the models has shown that in the girls as well as in the young men the indicators of width of the distal epiphysis of the long tubular bones of extremities had taken place; and only in the girls (exeption with the girls having the hypokinetic type of hemodynamics) the age and the force of the flexor muscles of palms and fingers had taken place; and in the young men the diameters of the body had taken place.
