Komar V. Medical and social proof of the optimized rehabilitation model for the population with skin and subcutaneous tissue pathology.

The dissertation presents academic substantiation and implementation of the optimized rehabilitation model for the population with skin and subcutaneous tissue pathology. The research was carried out at the regional level. The existing problems of the rehabilitation organization in patients with skin and subcutaneous tissue pathology were determined; incidence and prevalence of these diseases were permanently high; the impact of psychical and emotional state of the patient during the rehabilitation was substantiated. The structure and process approach to the creation of models, upgrading the quality and efficiency of the rehabilitation, was adapted to the health care system. Data of medical and social research showed that it is necessary to substantiate academically and to develop an optimized rehabilitation model for the population with skin and subcutaneous tissue pathology at the regional level. The model presents the refined interaction between existing structures of the health care system, educational institutions, mass media by means of functional and organizational restructuring. The model provides the introduction of qualitatively new elements. The interaction of these factors will provide all rehabilitation possibilities to the population with skin and subcutaneous tissue pathology (with use of existing natural healing factors).
