The thesis is devoted to the solution of the scientific and applied problem of increasing the efficiency and reliability of the functioning of the transport and logistic complex of sugar beet production through the simulation of the dynamics of transport services of agricultural production. Obtained temporary parameters of the transport process in the logistic system and coordinated with the technological cycle of the cargo-forming enterprise. The definition and calculation formulas for assessing the reliability of the logistics units and the logistic system are improved. The technological parameters that affect reliability are established – this is the inertia in the logistics links, which is estimated in hours and times of delays in the logistics links when performing technological operations. It provides a sufficient level of reliability and minimum specific costs for the operation of the transport and logistics complex. The method of estimation of coordination of work of points of unloading at a sugar factory and delivery vehicles of root crops is developed, and the schedule of their work is developed.
