The system of designing professional self-development of future masters of industrial training, which consists of interrelated components: value-target, content, technological-methodical, evaluative-productive, is theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested. The conditions of organization of self-education and self-education of students as factors of their self-development activity are substantiated. The educational and methodological support for the implementation of the design of professional self-development of future masters of industrial training, in particular, the program of the corresponding special course, a set of tasks for teachers as organizers of professional self-development of students, complex of methods and forms of motivation, organization and stimulation of activity of future specialists in professional self-development, etc., was developed and experimentally tested.
