The dissertation presents the solution of the scientific problem relevant in physiology regarding to establishment of physiological mechanisms of remodeling of bone tissue under experimental influence of general vibration with different parameters, as well as the scientific substantiation of the pre-morbid diagnostics and the identification of individuals prone to the development of osteopenic syndrome, who are exposed of general vibration. In scientific work the following methods of research were used: biochemical, chromatographic, histological, densitometry and statistical methods of research. The practical significance is to find out the mechanisms of influence of vibration oscillations with different frequency, amplitude and level of vibration acceleration on adaptive reactions of bone remodeling.
