The thesis deals with the theoretical generalization and a new solution for the information culture level increasing of foreign students of engineering and pe-dagogical specialties. A three-dimensional model, which reflects the process of information culture formation of foreign students of engineering and pedagogical specialties in three dimentions: the target one (determines the directions of formation), the instrumental – (determines the tools of formation), technological (defines the stages of formation) is theoretically grounded and developed. The methods of information culture formation of foreign students of engineering and pedagogical specialties during the language disciplines studying process are developed and experimentally verified. The experimental verification of the developed methods confirmed the information culture level increasing of foreign students of engineering and pedagogical specialties.
