Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the role of prolonged high-fat load and intestinal microbiota in the pathogenesis of obesity and the improvement of pathogenetically grounded prevention and treatment of obesity in combination with intestinal dysbiosis. For the first time it was demonstrated that more pronounced lipid metabolism disorders and the state of intestinal microbioita occur against a background of high-fat diets with palm oil or butter (contain a significant (about 50 per cent) of saturated fatty acids), and least pronounced — against a background of a high-fat diet with high oleic sunflower oil (contains less than 10 per cent of saturated fatty acids). The dependence of the parameters of the prooxidant antioxidant system and inflammation on the state of intestinal microbiota was determined for the first time. It was shown that the development of subclinical inflammation in combination with the increase in lipid level in the blood and liver and liver dysfunction are common pathogenetic links of obesity and intestinal dysbiosis. For the first time, the corrective effect of kvertulin in the conditions of experimental dysbiosis and high-fat diet on the parameters of the functional state of the liver, lipids of the blood and liver was established.
