Kovbasa V. Imperatives and scenarios of the global currency system formation

The Dissertation is devoted to thestudy of the world monetary system transformation in conditions of the internal systemic contradictions deepening. The paradigmatic principles of the global monetary system functioning, determinants of its formation, strategic goals and conceptual foundations of the new international monetary regulators are substantiated. The author gives the characteristic of the world currency system transformation scenarios that are based on the US dollar dominance, existing and prospective regional currency systems development, and alternatives that refer to the complementary currency systems development, including local currency systems, cryptocurrencies, common exchange systems etc. Necessary directions of the existing international monetary regulators reformation are defined. The Postgraduate gives the characteristic of the institutional interaction of the world monetary system with the national one.
