Taran A. Technological leadership of Germany in the process of economic development of the EU

The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical and methodological foundations of the research of key principles, determinants and institutional means of forming and ensuring the technological leadership of Germany in the European economic system, as well as the development of practical recommendations on the use of German experience for Ukraine in terms of association with the EU. The preconditions and dynamics of determinants of technological leadership of Germany in the European economic system are investigated. The analysis of the integration potential and polystyrene character of the modern technological leadership of Germany, taking into account such determinants as information adaptability, innovation orientation and synergistic efficiency, are analyzed. By calculating the integral indicator of technological development in the work, an assessment of the level of technological leadership of Germany in relation to other EU countries. The preconditions and dynamics of determinants of technological leadership of Germany in the European economic system are investigated. The matrix of responsibility of subjects of the system of institutes in solving the tasks of institutional support of German technological leadership in the EU market is developed. In order to develop measures on the introduction of new technologies in Ukraine and the creation of the status of a technology leader, a three-vector model for the development of technology in the country is proposed.
