Essay

The dissertation is based on results of analysis of contemporary philosophical, art criticism, psychological and pedagogical literature. Theoretical and methodological principles of training of teachers of musical art for upbringing of teenagers by means of bell ringing were determined and proved for the first time. Educational possibilities of components of the belligerent culture, its structural models are revealed. Structural components, criteria, indicators and readiness levels of future teachers of musical art for upbringing of teenagers by means of bell ringing are singled out. An author's structural and functional model of training of future teachers of musical art for upbringing of teenagers by means of bell ringing is developed. It consists of three indivisible blocks: methodological-target (social order, purpose, tasks, principles and methodological approaches to the above mentioned training); content-procedural (content supplement to the disciplines of general and professional cycles, special course, methodical recommendations, methods, forms and means of preparation); productive-evaluative (criteria, levels, result – competencies of bell ringing are formed). The effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions for formation readiness of future teachers of musical education to use pedagogical potential of means of bell ringing in professional activity is determined and experimentally proved. Conditions combine organization of educational process, theoretical and methodological readiness of teachers and formation of students’ positive motivation for implementation of the above mentioned activity.
